Homecoming...
Today is bittersweet. Students are sad to leave this place they've known as home for the past 4 days yet, they're excited to return to their real home! We had a wonderful week here at Camp Geneva, we really couldn't have asked for a better time spent. Students are now enjoying worship and a time of teaching with Pastor Sean. The rest of our morning will speed by as we clean up, get our luggage on the trucks, have lunch and head home. We are on time to leave and arrive at the Youth Building at 6:00 PM. Please do not forget there is a parent meeting at 5:00 PM if you are able to attend. Pastor Sean would love to share with you all that happened this week with your children. Lives were changed and we're excited!! We will try our best to upload more pictures, internet connection has been weak.
Your children our a blessing. We have been privileged to spend a week with them. As staff and volunteers our lives have been changed by this week. We anticipate more stories after camp from our students and thank you from our hearts for giving them to us for a week!
Once again we thank you for your prayers. We now ask for prayer for our departure and arrival home!
PARENT MEETING - 5:00 PM
STUDENTS ARRIVE - 6:00 PM
See you soon!

Wednesday Update
Good Morning Parents!
Our apologies for not writing a post yesterday. However, we will tell you it was a beautiful day. It was our first water day and boy, did the kids have fun! ( I think it may be at least 20 degrees hotter up here) It was a joy to see and hear the students encouraging one another during games, expressing their team unity and having a blast in Jesus' name. The best part of our day was watching 60 students receive salvation after our evening teaching with Josiah! After announcing a call to salvation students stood and walked to the altar asking Jesus into their hearts. It was a beautiful sight.
This morning has gotten off to an inspiring start! The serene blue of the sky is peeking through big fluffy white clouds and all is calm is calm as I peer outside. Everyone has enjoyed a balanced breakfast of eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausage, fresh fruit, cereal, the list goes on.... We look forward to all the Lord has in store for us today and anticipate another day of awesome teaching, worship and games on the field!
Students are doing great! We are witness to lives changing in Jesus name and relationships are building amongst teams! Last night there were students reading their bibles outside their cabins (without being told), we were notified of secret prayer meetings at night in the cabins (Amen!!) and needless to say great things are happening!
Please continue to pray for us. This week is has been wonderful so far! We are still planning on leaving here tomorrow to arrive at church by 6:00 PM. We plan on posting more pictures in a short while...enjoy!
